TotalBC maintains over 2000 clients that have various Manuf's. NEC, Nortel, Avaya, Asterisk and CallNet or Virtual PBX and Hosted VoIP systems

Started as a level 1 technician in 1997 with a MM telecommunications company; moved up the racks with Regional Mgr then decided that I could provide the service that I expected for my clients better with my own entity instead of having all the RED TAPE and do it at a more cost friendly way to the client
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our industry has moved away from customer service and that is our GOAL--Others want to push whatever product they get the best margins on and not give the client the best solution for their needs. We ask the questions and the clients answers give us the solutions that we will offer plain and simple. If when you are purchasing you are not asked a lot of questions, then they are not doing what is best for YOU!!!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 central location that technicians are dispatched out of but technicians are across both Carolina's, through our growth and our clients wanting us to support their systems in other states we have set up a SELECT amount of business partners that can be our eyes and ears in those state if needed, but we have remote access to those clients as well to meet any of their immediate service needs. Our CallNet clients are spread throughout the country!
