Boundary and topographic surveys
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I love being outdoors and like to solve puzzles. Being a surveyor and operating a surveying business can be likened to being tested daily in mathematics (algebra, trigonometry, geometry), science (physics, geology, botany), English (vocabulary, grammar, composition, usage), geology, geography, psychology and human relations: the only grade that is ever remembered is when you score less than 100. I am going for the 100 everyday.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
That is tough to answer. I'm tempted to say: "Simply by being the best". We are technically competent, efficient & hard working, reliable & honest. Our motto is 'have fun and do good work - the rest will take care of itself'
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One office in Charlotte serving NC and SC. No plans to add additional locations - we have our hands full doing it right in one place
