My experience allows for greater emphasis on an accurate and quality report that you can trust. The minimum requirement to perform Commercial Inspections in North Carolina is holding a Commercial General Contractor's License. I have been a commercial general contractor for over 20 years, and 10 of those I was a licensed building official for a city in Florida.
