How long have you been in business?
Creature Comforts of Charlotte Pet Sitting has been in business since August of 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is to provide quality pet sitting at the place of residence of the client, which reduces stress on the animals.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a three year old rescue cat, and hired several different pet sitting companies to care for her. None of them did what they said they would do or I paid them to do. I have foster parented, volunteered for the Humane Society, am active in several animal welfare groups, and donate monthly to the ASPCA.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We differentiate ourselves in many ways. First off, we do not charge extra fees for the holidays. Second, we leave detailed notes about our visits. We give several discounts to new and current clients. Finally, we differentiate ourselves by our prices.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Since we travel to the residences of our clients, we have one location.
