Plumbing and gas. Water heaters, water leaks, drain cleaning, general plumbing and gas repair.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the plumbing industry for over 15 years. I grew up in Charlotte, NC doing plumbing and gas, and it's where I plan to stay.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We lead our local market in advanced Charlotte plumbing technologies to make our job easier to ultimately provide you with a better service, better parts, a better job, a better warranty, and done more efficiently. We double, triple, and even offer lifetime warranties for certain work. All techs are uniformed, drug screened, and background checked. We provide options instead of corner clients with one choice. We offer flat rate pricing instead of hourly, so there is no chance of price gouging or "milking" a clock. Our techs do NOT get paid commission so there is no incentive for them to charge you more... after all, we are flat rate with a price book so each client pays the same for every service.

1 and yes we do by opening up more locations soon.
