We opened in 2008 and have added 4 new buildings in the last 4 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Climate and non Climate self storage and parking slips
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The demand for public was extremely high. Thought this would be a unique endeavor.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a Mom & Pop facility. We give our tenants the white glove treatment. We offer refreshments, free use of our dollies and 20% discount on all moving supplies to all new tenants. We also do not have any hidden fees. We are a GROUND FLOOR Facility. No elevators or stairs. Wide drive isles and well lit facility conveniently located right off exit 28 in Cornelius behind Michael Waltrip's Racing Museum.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have this one facility. We added our last building January 2014.
Provide detailed directions to your location
77 North to exit 28. Head West on Catawba to first light. Make left onto Liverpool Pkwy (you will pas Mac's Speed Shop). We are the last driveway on the left directly across the street from Colonial Grand Apartments.
What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, MC Amex, cash and Checks
Which areas do you service?
Cornelius, Mooresville, Davidson, and Huntersville
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are privately owned. The on site manager is Michele Wirth
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday thru Friday 9 to 5. Saturdays 9 to 4. If you are a tenant you have access 7 days a week.
