How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Metrotek's founders recognized there was a lack of top-notch service oriented training in the Charlotte market. Metrotek introduced their proprietary Pinpoint learning method to allow training whenever and wherever their clients needed it. Due to overwhelming support, Metrotek expanded its offerings to include state of the art facility rentals and a robust offering of traditional ILT classes - all customized to meet your very distinctive needs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS Onsite in your facility, in Ours or Over the Web, Metrotek has a solution to meet any of your requirements. Individual or corporate memberships, prepackaged or customized training available whenever you need it. WEB SOLUTIONS Metrotek’s unique Pinpoint training delivered to you at Home, at the Office or to your IPOD. Instructor-led over the Internet using Web tools. Training is now available wherever you need it. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Metrotek operates a 10,000 square foot training center in the Oakhill Business Park (I-77 & Arrowood), central to any Charlotte location. There are expansion plans underway for satellite and regional facilities - stay tuned!

Interstate I-77 south from uptown Charlotte to Arrowood exit. Turn right at bottom of the ramp onto Arrowood and immediately right again into Oakhill Business Park (Red Oak Blvd) - beside Ruby Tuesday's. Metrotek is the first building on the left inside the park.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, All Major Credit Cards, Paypal. Financing is available.

NC - Charlotte, Concord/Kannapolis, Gastonia, Huntersville, Salisbury, Statesville SC - Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Lake Wylie, Clover, Lancaster

What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Evening and weekend hours available by special request and may occur additional fees.
