What is your primary product or service?
We partner with clients to ensure that technology is working for the benefit of their business in a cost effective manner. We strive to understand the business needs of our customers so that we can make meaningful recommendations based on our experiences with technology products and services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Both executives have worked in the industry for over 25 years each with large organizations as well as small ones.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We require our staff to participate in training programs to ensure industry best practices are followed. We are engineer owned and operated, and we vet our offerings in our own environment before deploying in our customer environments. We simply... provide better value.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located near uptown Charlotte and cover both Carolinas. Our Managed Services offerings are available nationwide.
