How long have you been in business?
WH Meanor & Associates has been in business since 1974.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a premier executive placement company supporting the needs of manufacturers with skilled and experienced talent they need to grow and succeed.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have worked all over the world and in a variety of industries. This move felt organic as I had not been involved in HR or recruiting prior to taking on the responsibilities at WH Meanor. I had always managed teams and divisions so fully understand the need for the right person for the job and the difficulty in finding that person.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We differentiate in our approach. We are a small company but we have the support resources of a global enterprise and in this way we are able to give our clients the hands on approach and attention without sacrificing scope and reach. The other way is that we succeed in finding that person that is perfect for your organization.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and plan to expand to one more location within the next 6 months.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit card, back drafts, and checks. Of course cash is an option as well.
Which areas do you service?
We have the resources to support our client's personnel needs on a global scale.
What are your hours of operation?
We keep standard M-F work schedule but are available on the weekends and after hours as client project needs dictate.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
If WH Meanor isn't the first company you call to fill your critical need they will definitely be the last call.
