I started Carolina Seal, Inc. In 1995, in my garage. We had no inventory, no customers and we were completely unknown to the industrial marketplace. As a Business School graduate of NC State University, and after a post-college career in corporate america, the mission was to eatablish a company focused on the customer, to understand what true value would mean to our customers, technically and financially, and to establish a culture of integrity, teamwork and passion.
